With 14 flexible and diverse meeting and events spaces, the Royal Institution is the ideal choice for your next business meeting or conference. The traditional Georgian architecture blends effortlessly with contemporary spaces, creating a unique and flexible backdrop for your event.


Our experienced in-house AV Technicians are able to provide a personal and friendly service taking care of your technical requirements for each event.

Your Meeting

Small Meetings

These smaller meeting rooms are perfect for groups of 5 - 25 people. We recommend the Sunley Room or Writing Room for your next small meeting in central London.

Medium Meetings

For groups of 30 - 80 delegates, we recommend the Library with an additional catering space of the Conversation Room with the contemporary Mezzanine for your registration and catering. 

Large Conferences

The Faraday Theatre is the ideal location for your conference, accommodating up to 440 delegates. Our First Floor Hire package is perfect for theatre usage with additional space for your catering throughout.

Alternatively, our Exclusive Hire package will guarantee privacy for the ultimate event experience with additional branding opportunities and increased capacity throughout the building.

Food & Drink

We work exclusively with our in-house catering partners, Elior, who provide extensive menu options and advice. Working alongside your events manager, your catering team will deliver exceptional service from start to finish.
